I went for a haircut, but walked out because the employees were busy decorating the store for Christmas and nobody attended to me for a long time. The front desk initially told me to wait for 5 minutes. After 20 minutes, one employee came to cut my hair, but he was sneezing a lot and said that somebody else would cut my hair if I was uncomfortable with him sneezing around me. I requested for another barber and he said that I’d need to wait for 20 more minutes because the other guy is at lunch. The employees here have zero respect for their customers’ time.

Honestly I am not very satisfied with the end result because the reference image I showed of a global highlight with shading on all sides but the stylist could not replicate it properly. The staff is polite but if you are expecting an exceptionally amazing result then this surely is not the place for you. Besides the kind of shampoo they use is so low grade that each time I come back from the salon, I had to rewash my hair. The salon people will push you for a 5 star review but their services are not worth a 5 star

In all honesty, one of the best salons I have been too! Mr. Dilshad Did a great job in doing a whole hair makeover. From tangled hair to a really smooth beautiful hairdo.
